Programs

These are guided journeys to invoke a certain quality into your life. They are also referred to as "Sadhana" (Sanskrit for commitment). We recommend committing to to a program every day for 21 days, in order to get past the habitual judgements of the mind and really get into the zone. That's why in every program you find supportive and main practices. While they can be purchased separately, all of them are included in the membership.

Attune to Nature’s Flow

Join us for our monthly community practice, free for all members.
April’s theme is Attune to Nature’s Will. This practice is designed to align your body, mind, and breath with the natural rhythms of life, cultivating harmony and effortless flow.
Each month, we invite our community to commit to a 21-Day Challenge: dedicating a part of each day to embodying a specific quality.
With our full membership plan, you’ll also gain access to additional classes, kriya sets, and lessons to deepen your journey.
