Programs

These are guided journeys to invoke a certain quality into your life. They are also referred to as "Sadhana" (Sanskrit for commitment). We recommend committing to to a program every day for 21 days, in order to get past the habitual judgements of the mind and really get into the zone. That's why in every program you find supportive and main practices. While they can be purchased separately, all of them are included in the membership.
