Set within the lushness of Goa, this retreat is an immersive space for practice, study, and the lived experience of yogic community. We gather not to step away from life, but to understand it more clearly — through the body, the breath, and the intelligence of yogic teachings.
This is not just a wellness retreat, but also an educational environment where ancient practices are explored as tools for lasting change — tools that continue to work long after the retreat has ended. Through the practices we love and live, we explore how inner shifts become sustainable ways of living.
Many of our participants value the effect of the practices, the uplifting community, the balance of offerings and time-off and the distinct sense of clarity the experiences leaves them with— a feeling of being both grounded and open.

I signed up for Charlotte’s and Simon’s Goa retreat on a whim, and it turned into something I’m really grateful for. The location was calm and welcoming, and it felt easy to slow down and arrive. The days were a thoughtful mix of asana practice and pranayama, and unexpectedly, a lot of kirtan (singing), which became one of the most meaningful parts of the retreat for me. Charlotte and Simon held the group with care and clarity. I met quite a bit of inner resistance during the retreat, and their way of holding the space made it possible for me to stay with it and work through it in my own time. The retreat also included two really lovely excursions, and the food was an absolute highlight throughout. About Insight Out Yoga
We’re Char and Simon—lovers of yoga, music, life, and the beach—living between India and Europe. We created the Insight Out Yoga platform to share the teachings that changed our lives, helping you cultivate calm, vitality, and intentional living wherever you are. These retreats are our way of inviting the extended community to spend time together in real-life connection, and we find that these gatherings are always deeply nourishing and powerful.
We live in Rishikesh, India for most of the year, and you can often find us there teaching teacher trainings and being part of the Sattva Yoga Academy ashram. This trip to Goa, however, is a personal highlight for us—a place that holds the perfect space for deep practice, nourishment through lush and powerful nature, eternal sunshine, beach life, and the natural alignment that happens when the mind softens and the heart opens. We hope you follow the calling and see you in Goa.

There is no end goal in Yoga:
Creating lasting habits
There is no final destination to arrive at —
no future moment where life suddenly becomes complete.
What matters is how you are living now.
How you meet this breath, this body, this day —
without postponing presence for some imagined "later”.
The practices you cultivate during this week are meant to find their way into you every day life. Through steady practice and refined attention, we learn to meet life differently. Not just during retreat, but long after you return home.
From experience, we know that lasting change does not come from insight alone. It comes from continuity — from a stable relationship to ourselves and the world around us to be able to find ease with what is. No matter what is. We care about how your practice, not only here, but in your everyday life — we want it to become something you genuinely want to return to every day.
As part of this retreat, you will be introduced to a yogic meditation practice intended to support you for a lifetime. To help anchor what opens here, we continue practicing together for three weeks after the retreat — a 21-day commitment that allows insight to settle into lived, sustainable change.
